get an aquarium pump and a windshield washer revivour put the pump inside the tank and then run a line up to the IC make it spray on the outside of the fins and hope for the best. actually better yet get a fuel pump and use that it will pupmp more water . but your gonna have to keep filling up the tank

You can totally do this - do a search on google, it's been done.

Air to water intercoolers kick *** for efficiency - water is a way better conductor of heat than aluminum. The downside is increased weight. Get about as small a core as you can find - it'll be plenty large enough

tig a tank around an intercooler that tests ok for no leaks, then feed it into the circulation of a heater hose, pump your engine coolant thru it.

If you are spraying water on your intercooler then I wouldn't suggest drag racing it at a track. They will get pissed if you spray water on the track.

if its for a drag set up just run a fuel cell instead of a intercooler and on race day drop some dry ice in it
