Re: Homemade Eaton Supercharger HMSC!!!
I'm assuming most of you guys are Turbo-bred, but there are many pros of supercharging that far outweigh these factors :y. And there is no reason why you cannot run an intercooler, other than simplicity/cost sake.

Re: Homemade Eaton Supercharger HMSC!!!
------- tight.. I've been looking at doing this for a while with an intercooler as well, but I was looking more at a short snout m90 than anything smaller. Still ------- awesome though.

Re: Homemade Eaton Supercharger HMSC!!!

Re: Homemade Eaton Supercharger HMSC!!!
Guys, just use the Toyota blowers!
Off the 1GGZE motor, I dont know aboiut the states, But here in Australia you can buy them at the flick of a wrist for $350. Make awesome boost, reliable, and quite loud too. And nobody can say no the the sound of a blower ;) AFAIK they also have an electronic clutch, so you can set it to come on at WOT, or just with a switch. |
Re: Homemade Eaton Supercharger HMSC!!!
Or the one from a 4agze

Re: Homemade Eaton Supercharger HMSC!!!
wonder where he got that idea?????????
AKSC anyone? ::) Little M45 only gonna make 6-7 psi like that, step up to a M62/63 for a SOHC or a M90 for a B series....... |
Re: Homemade Eaton Supercharger HMSC!!!
thats a great way to run a intercooler on a eaton blower desinged for a honda. takes away the heat soak at the higher boost level problem.
