im about to get started on a homemade tubo kit for a 2nd gen integra (b18a1) and was wondering....since you guys are quiet experienced.....what turbo and manifold should i go for, i'm tryin to pull some high 12's with reliability. i know drag turbo kits can do it. but this is a home made place right

need some suggestions

 

if you're going for the yunkyard turbo...get a big T3 from a thunderbird or get a K26.
If you wanna buy a turbo get a T3/T4 hybrid at a decent trim level.

 

What do you mean by "decent trim" level? What is decent in your eyes?

 

the t3 on a manual t-bird was pretty big i thikn it was .60/.63 ar. Dont get the one off an automatic it is smaller.

 

Oh and the tdo4 and tdo5 off of eclipses i think are big but i am not sure to5 was a stock option turbo.

 

tdo5 was stock cause i just got one for a talon the other day along with my 450's

 

well then there is your answer get a tdo5 those look nice and put out some real nice numbers like 550cfm and .60 something a/r.
