Home made intercooler mister

Any one have any idea how to make one, I heard you can use a dry nitrous nossle to spray, but how do you make the ----. Any one out there have the scematics and a parts list. hook it up.

a friend of mine just popped holes in a power steering cooler...the little pipe thingy

Hmm my guess would be to hook one of the hoses from you windshield washer resevoir to the end of the nitrous shot ...... make sense?
