I have a banjo oil feed line off an HX30, and no clue what size it is. |

Take the turbo to a hydraulic/fitting shop and have them try a bunch of fittings. I did this with my HX-35 and the turbo feed fitting came out to M12x1.5 but it might be different because my turbo is a HX-35 and not a H1E. Sweet, thanks for all the help guys. I found out the the thread fitting is a 3/8. I went to a local Advanced Autos and was able to try their brake fitting/brake lines. It came out to be a 3/8 line. Does this mean its a 3/8 npt? Maybe that will help someone. Wonder if the two are similar enough that they both work or something? I can't visualize them right now. :8 |

Re: Holset Question
Damn I try a hole lot of places and no one could tell. BTW this thing is a big bitch to bring around.

Re: Holset Question
It is M12 x 1.5 you can get a adapter to go to -4[1/4 jic] from most hydrualic shops or from the AN fitting companies such as Earls etc.

Re: Holset Question
Has anyone had experiences with oilin these? Will my standard 1/16" restrictor be ok on this or will it require more oiling than my current t3?

Re: Holset Question
I got a stock v-band elbow off of my hx-35 if that's what you're lookin for, I can also just get dimensions if that's all you're lookin for.
As for the oiling, I drilled and tapped 2 bolt holes so I could just slap a flange on it. I got tired of lugging that thing around looking to find out what thread the port was. Sorry I have no new info in that area :-\ |
