Holset parts

Well, i got the jeep manifold modified to fit, had to weld it up the the mig, but came out very nice. i put the holset on it, and started the job of clocking a rusted to ---- turbo. loosen the shitty ass clamp, soak it down and after about 2 hours we decided to take unbolt the shaft, because my buddy was convinced it was holding the turbo together. i disagreed, but figured it would shut him up, so we go at it, i go to put the 10mm on the compressor end, and theres no nut there. look in, and the shaft is broken clean off about 1/8" down in the impeller. great, $300 turbo, now $300 paper weight.

then one of my other buddys is playing w/ the turbo, looks under the wastegate valve, and the turbine housing is cracked. is any of this repairable, or did i just blow $300?
