From the shitty info I can find from the net, the H1E comes in a few different sizes, but they all should be suited to a 2.4L engine pretty well. It might be a little laggy, but I don't think it will be inefficient unless you're running really low boost. Again, NONE of this is based on a compressor map, so until you find out the size of the turbo, and a compressor map you're kinda outta luck..

i believe from the info i gathered....they say it will be just a bit big...but it will spool and it will make ALOT of boost on a 2.4L...i was only looking for 15psi because the KA motor is stock for now...them bitchs can only handle 425hp in stock trim...and im not gonna push it to that cause im afraid...im just hoping boost wont start after 5k...i would like to have full boost by 5k rpms at max...cause i can only turn the bitch to 7k....if it gives me full boost by 5k then ill be happy...but this thing is so big its capable of around 45 psi.....well...if its too big then i have a .48a/r t3 i can swap out for.....any more input and info would be very appreciated.....what links did you find...i would like to look at them...because i cant find much at all.

from the looks of it....it says it has a 60/63 housings...but it may be bigger than that...cause there are 3 different version of the H1E...i think its a 65/80 housing...i dont know...ill figure it out when i install the big ass snatch...

The black EG hatch that was in the last dyno vid used one of those. HX35 I believe. It hit full boost of 13psi by around 5400-5600. This was on a 1.8. Id personally rock the ---- outa that on a KA24. You gonna make some serious TQ.

There are a few different turbine housings for those turbo's, if you got a small one, your engine will spool it, no doubt. (you can see the size printed on the inside of the turbine entry)

Got a HX40 myself, it's going on a 2.0 16v engine, together with gsrx itbs.

Holset 55mm turbines available as equipped with the integral wastegate

if this info is correct...your hx40 is a 60/65 dutchpug? is this true...would you be able to tell me how wise your exhaust turbine wheel is...mine is 3in from one side to the other...from the holset website....it says mine has an 82mm wheel...they say that the hx30 comes in 2 sizes, the 68mm wheel and the 72mm wheel....id imagine since you have an hx40 yours would be about the same specs as my turbo...and if im correct then i have a 60/65 housings...oh and on the inside of my turbine housing...it says 14...so does that make it the 14cm2 housing since its a divided housing..what does your turbine housing say on the inside? is yours a divided housing?...i also noticed it says your hx40 flows 0.53kg/s...which is alot...your turbo is considered a big upgrade on a 5.9L cummings diesal truck...i do not know what the hell mine came off of...i think the major difference between my turbo and yours....mines ext. wastegate and yours is internal...keep me informed because i need all the info i can get...and if you have any links please post them for me...thanks
