Re: HMT front mount intercooler

p.s., clint said he'd make u some intake piping if u can't get that stock intake of mine to work for ya. |
Re: HMT front mount intercooler
Now that you have it in place with the zip ties, it's time to move up into the big boy league. Hose clamps. 8)

Re: HMT front mount intercooler
isnt the HMT on the backside of the intercooler? ???

Re: HMT front mount intercooler
I don't hate on the zips its just funny. I used them on my HMIntake used out of a shop vac extentsion piece. The zips hold it. I'm going to try to find a way to drill and bolt it on or just tack it in place. I got a local machine shop and welder. He's helping with the downpipe so I might just have him tack it in a few places.

Re: HMT front mount intercooler
both sides are the same, there is no back side

Re: HMT front mount intercooler
Fix that ----. How hard is it to drill a hole and bolt it up, or go to a fab shop and pay $10 for it to get welded on.
You're going to accelerate/brake/turn and it will be banging around and break. Being cheap will kick your ass down the road. |
Re: HMT front mount intercooler
