235,000 miles on my good old Z6! Ran 12psi day in and day out with NO problems, and I probably put about 10,000 on her. She haul'd BALLS.... till the High Mileage Oil Pump died and spun the rod bearings... Ran great till then though!!

Re: highest milage engine youve boosted
My 1985 Saab 900 SPG turbo has 186k on the odometer that broke over 5 years ago when the original owner had it. It's well over 300k on the original motor right now and happily boosting 16psi on a little .42/.48. However, during her last tune up a spark plug stripped out in the hole and I had to JB WELD it in there to get it to stick. I tried to tap it but all that did was get metal shavings in my head rofl. She now has a horrible case of lifter tick and it's anyone's guess how long JB WELD will hold a spark plug in the head. Thank God I have a new head with less than 60k on it sitting in my shop right now waiting to be torn down for machining. Then after she's all buttoned up and running good I'll have my 16g on and be boosting 20psi or so on the 300k+bottom end. IB Saab's longevity has something to do with the high quality Swedish metal and also because the rods are about 3 inches long so revving over 5k is just about pointless. I have seen and heard of more than a few Classic Saab 900 turbos reaching the 1,000,000 mark on original motors!
