Not turbo but....
I put an ATI procharger on my 97 Mustang GT (4.6L V at 107,000 miles-10 psi
Currently I just turned 293,000 miles. Runs really well. I have never even taken the valve covers off this motor. Still original alternator and waterpump and rest of accessories. I upgraded the intake manifold to a later year one-Thats it.
Still 180 psi compression in all cyl

My current 92' Talon is taking 15psi daily with 175,000 miles on the original motor/trans/headgasket. Compression on the motor is 162-165 on every cylinder (165psi is perfect spec). She loves it I've only had this DSM for about 5,000 miles (2months) but she is really a strong car thus far.

In a couple months when I get more mods on it, the car will happily be taking 20-25psi daily.

I boosted my first KA with 200k miles. Took the motor out at 213k because of a bad front, rear main seal (non turbo related) to swap a fresher motor in there.

Wow, 293k huh... thats pretty insane. You get a quirky engine, or whats your secret?

it's a 4.6 mod. ALSO what other car that you'd think would have been fwd 3.8 turned out to be 4.6 mod rwd? i saw one at the jy where i got my turbo and i was like holy crap, because they want $230 (tax included) for all motors, regardless of what they are. so if any of you local guys (within ~100mi of 1/2way from pittsburgh or so) are looking for a f22 or something, let me know

I change the oil every 5K. I ran synthetic in it for about 170K then switched to regular oil. Nothing special.
I think these 4.6 mod motors are pretty robust. In taxi service they regularly hit above 200,000 miles. Not detonating helped me for sure. The mustang GT 4.6 motors (as opposed to the pre93 5.0 motors and 03/04 cobra 4.6 motors) have the hypereutectic pistons in them so they break ringlands quick under detonation. They come stock with multilayered steel headgaskets so that never goes.
