You don't have to believe me, but I know the guy personally, have seen the car run, and have seen him dyno it at AR Fabrication. This guy is legit.

The only thing that's changed is he blew the Z6 head and put a Y8 head on it with the same stuff the Z6 head had. He also has a Golden Eagle fuel rail and intake manifold now, instead of the skunk2.
On my car I won't be running 33 psi right from the start, have to get used to what it makes on 18psi and instead of the massive precision intercooler on his car, I'll be running a smaller Spearco intercooler.
