HF manifold users needed!!!
Did anyone have to dremel their block to make their turbo fit? I'm using an HF manifold with a BMC turbo adapter to a T3 turbo on my D16. The compresser is on the passenger side but it doesnt fit. It keeps on hitting a part on the block. If someone else has come across this problem or has advice, that'd be great. Thanks for any information.
alright..well just so you have an idea of what i'm talking about.. http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=635014 , that's where i got it from. Probably should of posted that earlier but o well. it's just a little piece near the block code.
hmm....is the weir racing plate slanted so the turbo is at an angle to the block? The BCM racing plate is sorta thick so maybe that causes the turbo to hang a little lower? Idk...any pics from anyone else would be greatly appreciated.
Yeah, that's how i had it configured the first time and it fit even worse
. I'm going out to work on it right now. I'll check in periodically to see if anyone has any advice. Thanks for the reply's

alright well...where did everyone else mount their internal wastegate? Cause i tried to get away with keeping it how it was on the turbo and it gets in the way when the compresser is on the drivers side...and the turbo is SOO close but not close enough to fit when the compresser is on the passenger side. Any suggestions?
