so ya dcivic, the hf will bolt on just fine. you can use your gasket against the manifold to see where you can port it; if you want.
you have a/c?

Sccaeg...thanks for the info. I am def. gonna try this. What is pb blaster and where can I get it from?
does your turbo look like this? because i'm trying to figure out what the hell this turbo is. Sitting next to it is my t3t4.
Here is a picture of the turbo that I have.

I have been told that it is a T3 turbo from a Volvo.
I definitely need my A/C due to living in South Florida. Will the SSAC manifold work for now with my a/c in the car. If not, are there any other manifolds that work with keeping the a/c?

I believe the nuts are 10mm. you will need a 10mm socket, and a ratchet. you might need an extension to, so have that handy.
spray the ---- out of all of the bolts with pb blaster. use about 1/2 the can, you will thank me later.
then make sure you are loosening the bolts by playin with the ratchet. by this time, the pb blaster should be doing its thing.
then start unbolting the manifold. there is no secret to this, however i like to start at one end, and go back agnd forth on things like this. this will probably require lots of cursing, and lots of being pissed off.
once thats off, and you have busted your knuckles alot and you are just pissed to high hell, drink a beer.
now, take your new gasket, and put that on. some people use gasket sealer, some dont. some dont even use a gasket. you can choose how you do this.
then take the hf manifold, and put it where the old manifold was. then take the same bolts and put them back in, and then torque them to 23lbs (i think) (i never do this though, just get the ---- somewhat tight, but not real tight) then, your beer should be gone, so get another beer, and stand back and look at what you have done.
