Hey guys, a bit of help with d16y7. just check plz.

hey guys, I ran a search for d16y7 on the forum and didn't find much on HOW people were setting things up really. I recall a magazine presenting a DIY d16, 14b(thats a 1g eclipse turbo yes?) instruction guide. but that was a couple years back and since I cannot find a step by step like that.

So I was wondering if anybody can walk me through what i will need to purchase in order to begin and complete my project. Maybe a parts list and a general step by step? I am in my second year of college for a degree in Network Admin now, and have some extra funds to spend towards this project now.

So best bang for the buck kind of a situation? how much is a pretty good DIY homemade turbo setup gonna cost me for this engine in all reality? And is there a way I can retain my Air Conditioning in this process, I have heard sometimes there are problems with that?

Thanks to anyone that can help me out here. I'm not lookin to be a race car, just to spare myself the cost of a complete engine swap and then doing more to get to the amount of umph i desire.
