hey i am doing a d16 bottom with a vtec head wut should i do stock head gasket but made in metal or after market turbo head gasket and should i go for 3 in exhaust system or 2 1/2. going wit a t3/t4 turbo, stock motor just with a vtec head and how many pounds u guys think i can boost thank u

 

You need to go back to school :P.......stock head gasket copper spray it and as for exhaust depends on how much power you want to make.
