Default Here goes....any advice?

Ok I'm finally getting close to doing my turbo install. Here's what I'm either waiting for or already have:

-1999 4door civic DX @ 82K miles(good compression)
-D16Y7 with D16Y8 intake manifold
-Hondata-modified PO6 ECU with 440cc's and Walbro intank
-IHI RHB5 @ 8psi
-Tubular stainless exhaust manifold(OBX) I know, I know we'll see if it works!
-2 1/2" downpipe leading to 3" pipe with 2 resonators....no muffler, no cat
-MSD 6AL with Magnecore wires
-one step colder plugs
-Customcoach frontmount intercooler
-DSM 1G BOV
-Custom intake and charge piping ( I NEED to buy a MIG welder!)
-Autometer boost/fuel press. guages
-Greddy EGT
-No exterior mods..including rolling on stock plastic caps....

Anything I'm missing? What size should I make my charge piping, the IC has 2 1/2" inlet/outlet? I'm thinking 2 1/4" to the IC then 2 1/2" to the TB. ANyone have any thoughts or ideas? let me know! I'm about to go off the deep end here.

Nothing to control boost? I would just go with 2 1/2" charge pipes. Take a look at your throttle body and tell me if you want to run 2" or 2 1/2". My throttle body is 68mm so a 2 1/2" pipe will fit inside of it.

I would keep the same size as the ic for charge pipes. I could see it being restrictive otherwise. How much boost is stock?

8psi...I know I should use 2 1/2" from IC to TB. but I was thinking of using 2 1/4" for the piping from the turbo to IC. thanks!
