Default help on reading a compressor map

I looked over projekteg's thread on what turbo to use and it was like I was reading chinese trying to figure everything. I honestly went through it and was totally overcome on everything. I found a map for my turbo and just what am I looking for to be around in on a map for the turbo to be right for my engine? The engine is a z6 bottomend with a HX(y5) head which bumps up my CR with the smaller combustion chambers to 9.4 from the stock 9.2. Which isn't a big bump so I'm not worried about that. The turbo is a t3/t04e 50 trim, stage 3 wheel. Am I gonna have any problem getting her to spool or should I be fine?

Ok I got through the first part. Converted my CC to CID and got a CID of 97.1. Then took the 97.1 mult. by the redline which lets just say 7k and then divided that by 3456 and then for the VE divided by 85%. My z6/y5 will have a 167.17 CFM with an 85%VE. Now where do I go from there? See I'm just not saying " someone figure this ---- out for me. I actually wanna LEARN but just need some guidance" .
