I do not know they meaning of this turn "down" you speak of ???

turn down. lower. less than current. not 8 but 4. less than 8 . any of those might work for....--I want to ______ boost. I just saw some mods on some actuators and thought maybe SOMEONE on this site HMT might have modded an actuator to lower the boost psi

Trolling aside, what is your problem, are you getting boost spikes?

people world wide are crying for more boost and you wanna turn it down :/

is the actuator arm adjustable?

the shorter the bar the more the boost!

no the arm isn't adjustable. but it has the dual port.im guessing that it is maxed out then its really tight and if I made it any longer it would open the flapper . o well ill just go with external I guess.
I just want it lower cause it spins to much

if its an actuator style integral wastegate find a little spring at the hardware store and put it on the other side of the actuator so it "helps" to pull it open. People do this to raise the boost, why not lower it?
