listen ---- face, all i said was "couldn't you" i didn't say you could. i don't know ---- about the turbo you have or any turbos for a 70hp app.
all i know is you have a crap *** turbo. it's fubar, sell that ---- to some retard that is gonna turbo his moped and buy a different one. if you can't figure out what you need to rebuild it then maybe you shouldn't be rebuilding it. also i have a oil and water cooled turbo on my old car and i didn't hook up the water line.
