i know its funny

He has a looooooooooong ways to go! Here's whats missing from your setup:
Turbo
wastegate
oil lines (feed and return)
fuel setup (injectors,lines,fpr,pump)
fuel management
intercooler and associated piping
bov
some kind of ignition box?

an MSd unit or something like that, specially if he's not gonna get a full standalone fuel management unit like a ZDYNE or HONData...
then hes gonna need a unit like the MSD BTM to control timing.

Sorry for asking. But why do you need to get one of those. Not that i am disagreeing with you i just was wondering what does it do and how does it work.

Its not a necessity but its always nice to have added insurance. You are forcing X amount of air and fuel in your combustion chamber, then you better have something strong to ignite that sucker.
The MSD BTM allows you to adjust timing based on boost.

Here read up:

MSD 6BTM, PN 6462
Supercharged or turbo engines will benefit from the 6BTM in more ways than one. Not only do the full energy sparks help burn the fuel mixture, it allows the driver to retard the ignition timing based on the amount of boost being produced by the supercharger. The timing is adjusted from a dash
mounted **** and can be retarded 1 - 3° per pound of boost with a maximum of 15°. There is also a built-in adjustable rev control to protect the engine from over-rev damage
