Hey.
I'm buying a new turbo because the used one I got off homemadeturbo.com for $130 was complete ----.
My future plans for my B16 are forged internals and to get sleeves sometime during the summer, so I'll be running higher boost down the road, and probably only around 8psi until then.

I am drawn between these two turbos:

1) Turbonetics t3/t4 w/ s trim, .63 exhaust stage III wheel --- $465 shipped
2) Turbonetics T3/T4 Turbo- T3/T4 Stage 2 trim w/ .48 A/R 360 Thrust Bearing --- $500 shipped

Both of these turbos are in great condition and have no signs of bad seals and no side-to-side or in-out shaft play.

I'd prefer boost around 3000-4000 so if I could please just get some recommendations for you turbo experts that'd be awesome

My buddy has the .63 on his 2000 Si with a 6 psi tial WG. It spools to full boost between 4000-4500 RPMS. With an 8K rev line you can sacrifice a bit of turbo lag for kick *** high RPM output, believe me.

 

Id take #1 for your car....!
