ummmm. is your BOV recirculating before the mass air?? it wouldnt really explain your boost problems, but i dont think it should be blowing off into the atmosphere.

My mass air flow sensor is on the intake side of the turbo. The bov is has it has always been and it works great. The SSQV cannot leak at idle so it does not cause a problem. Very occasionally I get a slight bog when it vents but thats only when it vents from vacuum, never from boost. My boost is almost back to normal now, Im finally seeing 10psi again =-) I got a small misfire so its time to change the plugs and Im going to pressure test the intake system. Thanks for everyone who has helped me =-)

you can run 10psi on a hyundai motor?? we'll have to turbo my friends girls tiburon! ;D

Depends what engine is in the tib... the 2.0 is kinda turbo friendly.... Now my 1.5 really likes turbo =-) People have ran 14psi on stock internals on occasion, 12psi daily driver. As soon as it all smooth again im moving upwards to 12psi on stock internals. However I have a built spare motor thats been worked over and can handle 23+psi , and yes its a 1.5 >:D
