Help identifying turbo
 

I pulled it from a saab 9-3 i think its a 97 but may be a 99 not 100% positive. Would like to know full specs including flange size (ie. t3, t4, ect) and if possible a flow chart. I'm thinking its a t25 but not 100% on that or what t25 it is.
