ok lets see if i can explain this right we jsut turbo'd a delsol with a d16z6 in and and we are using a 1g eclipse BOV. We ran out boost guage in the vaccum line for the BOV but even when we are at full boost it still ready vaccum someone please help

 

check the back of the gauge at the nipple and where it connects at the engine. if it is a plastic/nylon line, more than likely it has split at the ends. this happened to me for about 3 days before i realized it, and went w/ a silicone line.
