HELP! CEL and no acceleration

Hey guys, just got my turbo finished today but i'm having a little problem
First of all, here's my setup:

91 CRX Si
chipped pm6 ecu / turbo edit
t28 turbo
450cc injectors
hf manifold (o2 sensor plugged into the original spot)

So.. the problem is, when i'm driving on the highway, my car throws the engine light. This is only when i cruise at a steady speed, not accelerating.
if i'm speeding up, the light won't turn on and when i drive in regular stop and go traffic, the CEL never turns on, everything works fine
When the light turns on, i don't have any power and it seems like i can't go over 2500-3000 rpm
When this happens, i throw it in neutral and restart the car. CEL goes away until i start cruising at a steady speed again. Usually takes about 15-20 seconds before it turns on again.
I took a look at the ecu and it just keeps on blinking. I'm not sure if it's blinking a code 1 because the blinks are about 2 seconds apart. I'm thinking it probably is the code 1. Maybe i need to plug the o2 sensor somewhere else? maybe on the downpipe instead of the manifold before the turbo.

any help would be great!

Re: HELP! CEL and no acceleration

you can still pull the code if the cel is off. the ecu usually stores it in there until you re-set it.

Re: HELP! CEL and no acceleration

try moving the sensor to the downpipe but I've seen quite a few setups with the o2 in the hf mani
