Hi i have a td05h on a d16a6 and everything seems to be run correctly but the car feels stock and boost gauge won't go above 0psi... i tried different combonations of hooking up the vacuum lines and no luck please help!! any suggestions...,

I rotated the turbo to fit charge pipes and i had to change the placement of the wastegate and it is only bolted on by one bolt. Is this a problem??

 

if your wastgate cannot stay shut it wont be able to build boost..

 

how do i check if without taking to much ---- apart??

sorry i don't got a camera.... but i just checked and the flapper is definetly shut but still no boost.... where does the vaccuum line from the wastegate go to?? i have it on one the charge pipes

Recheck that the wastegate arm is indeed pulling the flapper shut tightly. You may have to put spacers behind the wastegate to make it pull the flapper tight enough since you rotated it.

 

i did and its for sure as tight as it can possibly be...
