well guys, some updates. Its been a long time.
So, the car is back on the road. I am boosting about 9 psi spiking at 11. I finally broke down and bought a wideband from JAW. I got a 1.6 turbo head which has larger exhaust ports than the 1.9HO head, although it has a crack that needs repaired. I got my new grille and headlights on. Replaced my steel front bumper with an aluminum one. I bought a new turbo manifold. MegaSquirt will be coming soon along with 3" exhaust. Heres some pics.
