heavy clunking!

hey, ive been reading up on turboing my d16z6 for years now and i finally got it down about a week ago. heres the setup quick:
14b interally wastegated with a t3 wastegate
jrc 6"
dsm bov
dsm 450's running the hack

so i get it all on and it boosts to and holds 5psi no problem. 80 miles down the road i develop a heavy clunking noise that varies with engine speed. i pulled the head and didn't find anything wrong. valves looked fine, spark plugs were a tan color. the cylinder walls were perfect with the honing marks still there. top of the pistons looked fine. so i pulled the oil pan next, the rods were straight and everything spun freely. i didn't pull the lower end bearing however. i didn't really look at them either. also, as a side note, i am dumping the pcv valve to atmosphere with the vacuum nipple plugged.

does this sound on par with a spun out lower end bearing? what all does it take to fix something like this? what am i looking at as far as money? do d15b7 cranks swap into d16z6? any other ideas on what this clunking could be?

thanks in advance!

oh yeah, at idle its definitly louder. its still there at higher rpm but just a little smoother, not much though.

so definitly spun 3 out of the 5 main crank bearings. so now its time to drop the crank i suppose. does anyone know if a d15y7 crank will fit into a d16z6? i figure somehow i wasn't getting enough oil down there even though the oil pressure light never came on for the 80 miles while boosted. does anyone know how to check to make sure that the oil system is working correctly? i dont want to go through all this just to ruin another crank 40 miles down the road. thanks for the help and replies!
