I'm new to turbo system building and with way too much research time already I'm throwing in the towel and just asking to see if this seems correct.

What I have is a 5.2 V8 and a BorgWarner S300SX3 177281 turbo (free with only a few hundred miles on it from a friend that went to a much bigger turbo). At current I'm just planning so that I can collect parts and materials and what has my head spinning is planning headers (log style), crossover pipe and the T4 flange pipe input size.

After much more research than I'd care to admit my current thoughts are on the drivers side log manifold/header being 1-5/8" short primaries into 2" log then 2" crossover going under the engine and meeting the passenger log; the 2" would continue till the first primary of the passenger log then would at that point go up to 2.5" pipe all the way to the T4 flange at the front of the passenger side.

Goal would be in the neighborhood of 400-450 hp.

Any input on pipe sizes/design please let me know, Thanks.
