head gasket
 
just wanna know what head gasket to get for my 81.5mm turbo ls/vtec integra and all be running 10psi

do you have internals or is it all stock b18a/b bottom end? if you just have stock b18 bottom end you should be right at 10 c/r if you are boosting you might want to go with a little thicker, i know a lot of the guys on here recommend oem honda gaskets. correct me if i am wrong but im pretty sure the non vtec motors b18/b20 use a different head gasket than the vtec motorcs b16 b18c so i think you go with the b18 head gasket. pretty sure... let me know if im right or wrong.

well if he is built for low compression why should he put on the thicker headgasket...that would only lower the compression a little more, slightly but it would...so if hes built for low compression i would say oem...if hes not i would still say oem but hey if u wanna throw on a thicker headgasket it wouldnt hurt eitherway, so its up to you
