That is probably your problem. It might have been good at first because the oil hadn't made its way past the seals yet.

Install a valve in the line and lower the pressure.

will that ruin the turbine?? how much are they and will it get rid of the smoke?

it wont ruin it dont turn it down too much though. and it should help/stop the smoking.

go to the hardware store and ask for a brass needle valve. they are inexpensive. something like this:

if the oil is getting by the seals because of the pressure, that will work.
if the turbo seals are gone, then you know what to do.

u will want a pressure guage after that valve too so you know where u are set at.

what should my oil pressure be??

start up 60 psi
wot 50-60 psi
idle 20-30 psi

anything more than 80 and you will smoke like mad
