Harder to start

Since I installed my 14b on my ZC, I find it harder to start my car. It seems I have to hold the key on start a lot longer, It takes the car approx 10-15sec of turning over before it catches. Have any of you had this problem?? Any idea what could cause this?

Too much fuel :-\.What king of fuel management are you using?

It could be your ignition timing :)

I am using Zdyne w/450's
