Basically those manifold will crack after heating up and cooling down over and over again. The welds are gone over with a tig to give the welds there nice appearance. I owned a d-series tubular and after about 2 months it started to crack, the small "support" rods they came with broke off within two weeks. Your best bet would be to man up and pick up the bigdaddys solid manifold that will not crack. Get some dsm 450 injectors, ebay intercooler for low boost applications like yours, and hit up Racing Solutions for some cheap piping, get your all your oil lines, couplers, Turbo of your choice, wasstegate if its external, and chip your ecu tune accordingly, ------ simple
