Default H23 Project practically finished!

Well I am pretty much done with my H23 setup.. using an aftermarket DSM manifold, DSM 450's, and BOV.. 84-87 300zx 60 trim t3, custom ss 2.5" DP

socketed p06 and uberdata.. runs pretty good, spools up around 2500 full boost by 2800, runnin about 5 psi at the moment till I fine tune it... I am having big problems with the compressor side blowing oil, bought stealthmodes oil restrictor, but havent messed around with it to much.. the BOV blows out alot of oil and it sucks lol.. does not burn any oil exhaust side though.. strange.

here are some pics!

Yea, just had to redrill like 3 bolts, lines up pretty good, ports are off the slightest bit on the outside 2, maybe 1-2 mm at most.. had to position everything just right to keep from having leaks but hey this is HMT right?!?! The turbo is braced against the block literally.. shaved just enough of the block for the turbo to rest against it when the mani is fully tightened.. I have the WG braced now since it weighs like frickin 5 lbs..

here is another pic..

will take some more tonight prolly..

its some wastegate that comes with turbo kits for 5.0 mustangs haha, i dunno what brand it is, but its kinda big, 44mm, but has as bolt pattern of the tial/rotomaster 38mm

i dunno if this is my problem, but i noticed on all the pics that every taps the oil pan towards the large section.. I did mine right here though(someone elses pic just a highlight)

could this cause oil backup?

wow very clean, it's nice to have another 4g lude around here. I think I'm going to do the same and cut a hole in that speaker and either mount my boost or a/f gauge. Clean car and clean set-up, definately would like to see a vid.

thanks! will def have a vid here soon, as soon as I sort out a few issues, anyone know if the location I drilled for the oil pan shown in that pic is ok? Is there anything blocking the exit of the bung at that location(off the top of your head)?

the location of the tap may be the reason.i would have tapped it about that height but on the other side of the pan
maybe try that if nothing else helps.
