greddy type s BOV
 
has anyone used the greddy type s BOV? i need some feedback, do you like it, how does it sound????? i didnt know whether to put this post in the hybrid tech, and get flamed in there? or put it here and get flamed here....well, we'll see ;D

i have it and i love it. some people get annoyed by it but i can't get enough of it. i waste my gas jus so i can hear it :(

My buddy has one on his 2G Talon with 16G. I love the way it sounds. High pitch yea. Kinda sounds like the ones you heard in F&F.

I have one but it'll sound different depending on how much boost you run. At 6lbs its a loud pssht witha high pitched sound at the end and at partial throttle it's just a pssht sound. Either way I love it. ;)

i have one and my car is only building about 2psi and it still sounds high pitched.

has anyone ever mounted it on a 1g dsm flange?? and could anyone tell me if this IS a 1g flange.....

The pics kinda blurry but I have mine mounted on a 1g flange. I just drilled new holes.

quick question about the type s.
which nipple is supposed to be hooked up to the charge pipes and which one to vacuum?

I hooked up the top nipple and left the smaller one on its own

I had the GReddy TypeS.

It sounded kind of whistle-ish at low boost. But running 8psi or higher and no filter, thing blew off pretty hard and clean sounding. I was pleased with it.
