Default Greddy Type R BOV

Anyone know how to adjust these things? The instructions I got are in Japanese.

Trying to determine how many turns in on the spring, to keep it closed at 11 psi of boost. Hard to tell, but I think it is bleeding pressure off. Still works when you close the throttle, just want to make sure it is staying closed under boost.

Thanks!

Nevermind.. tightened the bolt down to about 1/2" of thread showing, no more whoosh noise, but same boost... only quicker! Guess the wastegates are holding at 11.3, and it was probably spooling to 15-20 psi bleeding out the BOV.

Much better now!

One more.. does anyone know the boost range for a Type R BOV? Like 7-15 psi.. or whatever? Just trying to determine if I need to go to the stiffer spring. I have looked at various sites, but none specify.

thanks! :P

Hey, any of you guys know how a Blitz Super Sound BOV sounds. I got one for my turbo kit and want to know how loud it is. I hope it is as loud as the price (lol).
