Greddy Kit for $850 w/ intercooler (NEW!)

Hey peeps, I found a guy online that is selling two Greddy kits w/ intercoolers for $850 each. Sounds like an amazing deal but how do I verify if he's for real before I send the money? It is through an auction site and they do have their ways of hunting down deadbeats, but still, how can I be sure? I have heard of people using an escrow service, anyone have any advice or services they have used before? Thanks!!! BTW I dunno if the intercooler is Greddy, but for $850 who cares!

What auction site?

If its eBay you are protected up to $250 towards the total value.

Paypal is a better option now, because of payment reversals - which I have had to use twice now due to dead beat buyers. The only disadvantage is that they take 2.9% of that $850 but you get the rest of it back.
Just make sure you provide a confirmed shipping address to him (You'll need a credit card w/ your billing address to do this) that will protect you ultimately.

If you're new to paypal, you go to http://www.paypal.com make sure to list chackoperformance@attbi.com for referring you lol :) I Get $5 for it.

I've emailed back and forth with this guy about 5 times today, he SOUNDS legit. Anyhow, i'm gonna set up an Escrow account (Escrow.com) and do it that way. It costs like $10 but it's well worth it IMO. I would never pay retail for the Greddy kit ($1300-$2400) $850 sounds fair because that's what the kit is actually worth IMO. Plus he's throwin in the IC too! dunno if it's the 24 0r 3? row but who cares I'll probably sell it anyways along with the Black box & RRR ( any takers?) I thought so.....

PS I'm gonna be the Guinea Pig this time for the benefit of HMT, if this guy is for real I'll be your London connection and will pass on all info so you guys can get the deal to. I already told him I have lots more people that would pay $850 if he gets anymore

yeah its not a bad kit, its just not worth $1300 IMO :)
I paid $500sh for mine used... it kinda shitty that I didn't get the IC and its a baby sized turbo but good for a starter :)
