Greddy BOV type S. Flutters, not type s sound?
 

So. i got a real type S because i just like the sound. and ive tried fully "soft" and fully "hard" and all between. only thing this BOV will do is my a flutter sound when mid to hard. Around soft, its just an airy sound. Diaphragm looks good, and i have it tapped for vac on my PCV hose. It was used, but is in good shape.

Any suggestions?

I had that problem with my knock off. I had to remove one of the springs for it to work properly.

correct flutter sound means the air is not getting out. spring too hard. Up the boost or change the spring.

take a pic of your engine bay so we can see how you have it hooked up
