greddy bov not working
 
okay before i weilded on my downpipe to my exaust i could hear my bovwhen i would switch gear..so i weilded my downpipe to the exaust i cant hear the bov nomore what do you think is wrong with the bov? do i have to adj it? >:(

Did you ---- with any of the vacuum lines when you were doing the downpipe install? My guess is that it's probably hooked up wrong.

no.all the vac line is hooked up to the intake manfoild and i left the bottom of the greddy bov open.

downpipes are not related in anyway to the blow off valve.

if there is pressure in your charge pipes, and your throttle body closes between shifts to create vaccuum in the manifold, you bov will open and release pressurized air.

I think user error. Find the silly mistake u made somewhere... a vaccuum hose u unplugged on accident, or the weld slag splatter that flew into your BOV and jammed it up

+1 on weld splatter...i had some spatter get in my wastgate while doin the dump tube...and i wondered why it got stuck open....
