I have someone that is wanting me to build a turbo setup for his honda civic hatch. It has a b18b, He wants to run about 15 psi max. He wants fairly quick spool. Im calculating this to make around 250-300hp. I looked at a few compressor maps, and I found a few that look sutable. Im new to hondas...so Im not sure how they react to certain sizes. How would this one work?

I would be blocking off the gate hole and using a external 38mm tial.
