yes but flow out more then in when the in is pressure fed.

You took the picture at a bad angle. Tilt you head to the left and he has more than enough slope on that line.

the angle is fine but the hose connection is definitely not, you're going to leak like crazy with just duct tape around the ends.

I dont' think the forward momentum will do anything.

the duct tape might work but make sure you apply a whole role of new duct tape after evry drive. Also make sure you wrap the duct tape real tight, you don't want to cut corners on this one.
