Re:gaskets?

just get the correct gaskets for your setup... ebay is cheap and pretty good, ive gotten T3 gaskets sets for like $10 (compressor cover, stainless exaust inlet, compressor inlet, compressor outlet, oil drain etc)

Re:gaskets?

if u where looking to make a gasket for the oil drain, u could just get some gasket material from an auto parts store. but as far as the seal around ur wg(if u are using an external),ur dp falange to the turbo, or ur turbo to manifold, just dont use one. i only had one on the turbo to manifold, and that was just b/c i had it

but if u realy waunt to use gaskets, like it was said,go to ebay. for the money i dont think it would be worth the time to make them.

Air piping can use that cardboard gasket paper stuff and gasket sealer. Anything I thought would get REALLY hot I used metal.

use stainless steel shim. check www.mcmaster-carr.com and do a search. they will have what you need.
