gasket time

i get my manifold on tuesday and the piping on wednsday, so friday night, the install begins. i have damn near everything except for small things like the pcv setup and some fittings. but what about gaskets? im guess there are only two i should worry about, manifold to block, turbo to manifold. so what should i use? go to napa and get some gasket paper and RV tube and just cut my own, or just slap them on with out the paper and some RV or just put them on. i really dont feel like ordering fresh new gaskets either, so home made would be my only option

I used that orange rubber ---- +700degrees and its been holding for 3months now,but i would find the right gaskets sooner or later.

call around, nap, part source, auto value, one of those will have exhaust gasket material, its like cardboard with metal inside, they will sell it by the square inch, its reeally ------- cheap too. or you could use the red exhaust sealent ----, I hear nascar uses it. :)

yeah, in the honda service manual it says anytime you remove the pan you are supposed to seal it back up with honda bond or a similar sealant.

Just go to autozone and get the high temp gasket maker,I use it on everthing from exhaust to oil pan's, works fine or spend the cash and get the real gasket if your worried.turboD16 ::) everthing has to be clean to be a nice car to them.
