fuel pump used as oil pump?

Default fuel pump used as oil pump?

I need to use an oil pump for my set up but it has to be electric. will a fuel pump take the heat? im planning on using an oil cooler also.any other ideas.

you should be ok on doing what i think you are doing, but put the oil cooler before the pump....

That doesn't sound good to me. The gas in your tank is also used to cool the fuel pump down. They don't see very high temperatures so I am assuming they wouldn't be able to take a whole lot of heat.
