fuel injector problem!
 

hi, i need some help, i installed my fuel injectors (DSM 450cc onto my integra and i can't get my car to start. I tried to start my car a few times but the car would just choke. I opened up my hood and fuel was everywhere. I'm done with my set up and i think this is the only problem that i'm having. I'm running the afc hack and i have it set 34-36 across the board. i was told that this site had a detailed installation guide that i could look at for my injectors, i can't seem to find it. Please help me, thanks.

on the main page under tech projects...those settings are negative right?....and what car do you have, you may need resistors

LOL, if it's positive 36-38 I can only imagine the amount of gas they are dumping!

Sensor in out @ 6? type = pressure?

yeah i mean negative, i have a resistor box and i installed it already and still it's not working. I think cuz i installed the injectors onto the car wrong. do you need to use the stock o rings? i have a 2000 integra.

where the hell is gas coming out from? obviously you may have a leak somewhere. check the sensor type, 6 in and out pressure, make sure those are negative!! and maybe you just need to lean it out some! that still looks like alot of fuel for idle. set 1-2k to about -40 and try from there...

Particularly:

STEP 3:
Clean the injector holes with a clean rag. Slowly and carefully position the DSM 450cc injectors. You may have to replace or modify the stock injector bottom seal/o-ring. I used a high temp o-ring. You can use a dremel tool with a round sander tip to enlarge the inside diameter of the stock injector bottom seal/o-ring. Use plenty of lubrication in order to easily slide the injector with the o-ring on. I do not recommend the grinding of the engine block method. MODIFY THE SEAL INSTEAD! Retighten the fuel rail nuts.

as said above, we need to know where the fuel is coming from. If you messed with the rest of the fuel lines, you need to replace the copper crush washers, but if you just did the injectors, make sure you replace all of the o-rings and injector seals. Otherwise fuel will go everywhere. Do you have a fuel pressure regulator?
