A standard (but small) set of screw extractors?

maybe you should drill the bolt with a regular drill bit then try the extractor

so 3 of the 4 are still there?
if you have a drill press you can drill them out. use a center punch and start with a small bit. and increase the size. if the screw extractor doesnt work out, just keep enlarging the hole in the bolt til it almost reaches the threads. use a pic and hammer it side ways. it will collapse and you can take it out.
its a lot of work.
good luck.

no theres only three, the little hole is for the oil feed. Well long story short i grinded them all flat so its like they where never there, can i just use a die & tap new holes?? would that work?

BTW ive tryed making a hole for the extractor BUT the bit i used was wider than the extractor o'well

drill out the hole and re thread the hole with an insert.

go to a large hardware store with one of the good bolts, and tell htem you want an "EASY OUT KIT" for this size/pitch thread.

you will then drill out the hole to a larger size, tap the hole a different thread, and thread in an insert that will convert it back to your old thread.

the insert is stainless steel, and is actually stronger than the original tapped hole.

back the exhaust housing bolts off and take off the exhaust housing, then put it back on, but tighten the bolts crosswise and evenly and make sure the shaft will still turn. I think your housing is cocked ever soo slightly
