Alright, first off, calm down....

Secondly, that black tube is the coolant transfer tube from the waterpump to the heater hose and the tranny side of the motor. Remove the 2 or 3 hoses from the tranny side of that big black tube. Then remove two 10m bolts, both on the tranny side, one on top of it, the other on the botom, unbolt the black PCV cansiter from your engine block, probably two 10mm bolts, yank it out of the block, it has an o-ring on it, so don't tear it up, set that aside, now pull that black coolant transfer pipe towards the passenger side if it's been in there for a long time the o-ring will be brittle and make it hard to remove the pipe, this also causes your problem, since the o-ring is dry, and you cracked it wide open banging on the pipe. Once this removed, get out from under the car, remove the dry crusty o-ring from the pipe, sand the flange down to remove any crap, and slap on a new o-ring. Reverse the process, and no more leaks.

if you squirt some power lube or similar on the tube by the water pump before you pull it out/put the new one in, they go in alot easier.
