its just that. its crush zones. the bumper support ------s the impact across the whole frontend and chasis.

dude i havnt had a both bumper supports in my car for over 4 years. and i drive a crx! i just dont give a ----

there to much weight anyway :P

so if you remove it then the intercooler is your new crumple zone then. so one for one exchance at a higher price

Well here no bumper support means ur insurance is void. Every single car has a bumper support.

Intercoolers arnt bumper supports they are alloy and wont do sfa. All i know if when i crash, even if its a writeoff, my turbokit will be safe and i can sell it for profit. Just think, next time some old lady back sinto u, ur up for a new frontend and prolly manifold/downpipe etc etc etc... lol thats fun.

Alright well this is getting kind of out of control, back to what the topic was about if your not 100% complete taking it completely out cut a notch in it for the FMIC to sit back in it i had to do it in the DA.
