Default ford powerstroke turbos

i can get 7.3 powerstroke turbos for dirt *** cheap (probably free actually). my only problems are i dont know what the trim numbers are on them or a way to do the oil lines. they have some funny way theyre ran into the same side of the center section. has anyone ever tried using one of these? ive heard of people using GM 6.5 turbos but i dont know for sure. if anyone could shead some light on my situation that would be awsome! thanks

im not sure how many i can get, but if i get more than one ill be intouch. i sub work from a company that has a lot of E350 box vans with 7.3 powerstrokes (we do ALL the work on them mechanicly. me being a honda boy ending up with diesel trusk ill never know). we have....4 dead trucks sitting at the shop now but i THINK 3 of them were bought yesterday but i know one isnt going anywhere so i may try to get it in the next few days and if i decide not to use it i can always take it back...or sell it to you i have an LS in my CRX right now. but hopefuly im not going to have this car too much longer and will be getting a mostly stock ride to turbo.an LS will probably end up in it to. driving a mostly SCCA legal car everyday SUCKS!!!!!

If those are the ones that you have then it'd be probably too much work to get that thing to work. That isn't a normal t3 center section either so you'd have to use that whole turbo and modding. You could just weld a t3 flange onto it.

i still havent got a chance to get it off but seeing as how im wanting to order a DIY manifold and i can get the E-3's exhaust manifold too...couldnt i take them and weld them together using the stock E clamps? and the down pipe for it too, take the stock one and cut it off after the elbow and make the rest of my exhaust off it? it sounds reasonable anyway, right?
