Heh, I'm here to answer another question of yours. Here's the tricky thing about FMU's. They are a mechanical type of fuel management. It basically just increases the ammount of fuel pressure your injectors get under boost. So say you've got a 12:1 FMU. It will raise the fuel pressure 12 lbs. for every 1 lb. of boost the FMU receives. They are known to get kind of dangerous to run on a turbo setup boosting anywhere over the range of 7 psi. They can be troublesome to tune, and really the only way to know if it's actually working would be to hook it up to a wideband or go to the dyno and use theirs.

Or if you have a fuel pressure gauge you can idle the car and add pressure from an air compressor and watch the gauge.

You wouldn't feel it vibrating or nothing?

Daves right, that would probably work but you'll end up stalling the car out from it running too rich. At least you'll know it's working though.

actually i think dave meant ADD air from a diff source to the fmu and watch the fuel pressure gauge in the fuel rail to see if it does + 12 for every 1

You can just hook a tube up to the fmu and blow into it. Watch the fp gauge. If it goes up, the fmu is working.
